Despite repeated instructions, the samples contained polyester and plastic components, which I specifically prohibited. Construction quality was poor: fabric panels were attached incorrectly and sagged, stitching was uneven, and proportions did not match the specifications provided. I was charged for a cotton liner bag that was not included, and the required washable fabric bags and product tags were missing. After raising these issues, the supplier refused to provide a refund. Communication was responsive, but quality and compliance were not met. Buyers requiring strict adherence to certified materials or technical specifications should proceed with caution.
